Cancellation Policy

We at S&S make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. Conditions we don’t accept the products back In these instances, the product is not eligible for return, replacement or exchange: - Damages due to misuse of product - Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product< - Any consumable item which has been used or installed - Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers - Digital products and services (Flyte music downloads) - Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies - Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
1. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded .
2. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.


-  Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our customer care team.
-  Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
-  Some special rules for promotional offers may override cancellations 
-  Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Product not to your liking

We will NOT accept returns for products that are not to your liking, purely due to hygiene reasons. Most of our products are personal in nature and we encourage you to ask us questions at or just request a callback, before confirming your order.

Mode of Return

To provide highest standards of customer service and enable a completely hassle-free experience, we pick up the returns through courier collection (The return courier cost to be paid by the customer). Or the customers can directly send the product back to us through a premium courier partner. You may contact our Customer Care within 7 calendar days of having received the product and request a return/exchange, subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier (The return courier cost to be paid by the customer) and shall process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.
