Shipping policy

At ROLIMOLI, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and other factors beyond our control. Customers will receive shipping or tracking details, where available, once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate, as ROLIMOLI will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Delivery may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. For any shipping-related queries, please contact us at dokchanoverseas@gmail.com or +91 89309 39001.
